Updated from the HDMI Studio Camera 4K Plus, this compact and lightweight broadcast camera now features a 12G-SDI input, 12G-SDI output, and HDMI 2.0 output for even more compatibility with SDI switchers. This camera has all the same features as the Studio Camera 4K Plus, including an active MFT lens mount, 25,600 ISO, 13 stops of dynamic range, a tally light, two USB-C ports for recording and control, built-in dual microphones, a 7" HDR LCD, and a redesigned sun hood. And now it can output 12G-SDI video as well as utilize the program feed and talkback features via SDI.
Blackmagic Design brings next-gen digital film capture to the masses with their new Cinema Camera 6K. Based around a full-frame 6K sensor and an active Leica L lens mount, this high-end camera features rich colors, accurate skin tones, a wide 13-stop dynamic range, and a built-in OLPF filter (optical low pass) that is tailored specifically to the massive 24 x 35mm sensor. ENG users and other on-the-go shooters will appreciate the ability to record both deep bit-depth Blackmagic Raw and H.264 proxies simultaneously to Blackmagic Cloud. The Cinema Camera 6K takes a step up from the Pocket Cinema Camera line but handily retains the ability to use all the existing PCC accessories.
Boost your studio recording with cinematic images using the Blackmagic Design Studio Camera 6K Pro. This latest model of the Studio Camera not only boasts a 6K sensor for greater resolution and full RGB color, it also features an active Canon EF mount—providing compatibility with a large array of affordable EF-mount cine-style and still lenses. The Studio Camera 6K Pro now offers live streaming while retaining the talkback, tally, color correction, and raw recording to USB disks of the original 6K version. Built-in, electronically controllable ND filters let you quickly adapt to changing light conditions and a host of both broadcast and consumer interfaces makes it a snap to connect the 6K Pro to your studio setup.
Made to work seamlessly with powerful SDI video switchers, the Blackmagic Design Studio Camera 4K Pro G2 now offers live streaming plus pro connections like 12G-SDI and 10GbE Ethernet. The Ethernet connection enables you to set up a SMPTE-style workflow using a more affordable single-cable setup with PoE (power over ethernet) and the 12G-SDI output and program return provides camera control, talkback, and tally functions. This latest 4K Pro model retains features like a 7" touchscreen monitor, HDMI output, Blackmagic Raw recording, HDR support, XLR audio, and Micro Four Thirds lens mount from its predecessor.
The Pocket Cinema Camera 6K G2 is the latest compact Super35 camera to join the Blackmagic Design series. This cine-style camera features the same 6K S35 sensor, recording features, dynamic range, interface ports, and controls as the 6K Pro, but pares a few features to create a more affordable form. Features inherited from the 6K Pro include a 5" tilting touchscreen LCD, Pro EVF, and battery grip options, dual mini-XLR audio inputs, an NP-F570 L-series battery slot, and the updated Gen 5 color science. By eliminating the internal ND filters and reducing the LCD brightness compared to the 6K Pro model, Blackmagic now enables users to choose between two near identical 6K models that best suits their priorities.
Add a compact viewfinder to your Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro with this Pocket Cinema Camera Pro EVF from Blackmagic Design. The EVF is designed specifically to fit into the EVF slot on the 6K Pro, and it locks using an integrated M4 screw. When in use, it turns off the built-in touchscreen LCD, so you don't accidentally change settings while using the EVF. The display provides a 1280 x 960 resolution image on its crisp micro-OLED display.
To top their previous achievement with the Pocket Cinema Camera 6K, Blackmagic Design adds an even more full-featured, compact Super35 camera to their cine-style line with the Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro. The 6K Pro features all the recording features, sensor, dynamic range, buttons, and ports as its predecessor, and adds a variety of important new features such as a 5" tilting HDR capacitive touchscreen LCD with 1500 cd/m² brightness, a Pro EVF option, built-in clear/2/4/6-stop ND filters, dual mini-XLR inputs, an accurate timecode clock, an NP-F570 L-series battery slot, and updated Gen 5 color science.
