1. Introduction

At SINGH WORLD, we are committed to providing high-quality cameras, photography, and electronics products sourced from authorized importers and distributors. To ensure customer satisfaction while protecting our business interests, we have established the following returns and replacement policy.

Refund Request:

If you wish to request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

The time it takes for the refund to be credited to your bank account may vary depending on your bank's processing times.

Replacement Policy:

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.

As proof, you need to record an uncut unboxing video of the received shipment that should contain the shipping label.

We will arrange for a replacement of the same item once we have received the defective or damaged item.

Shipping costs for returning defective or damaged items will be covered by RetinaPix.

2. Return Non Acceptance Situation

Once an order is placed and payment is received by SINGH WORLD, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. This policy applies to all products sold by SINGH WORLD.

After placing the order, if the customer changes his/her mind to buy another product in exchange for the ordered product, it has to be a separate order and no refund will be initiated to the customer. The customer needs to either accept the product, leave it with us, or return the product.

After placing the order and payment is successful, if the customer picks up the product from the store, it cannot be returned or exchanged in any case.

2.2 Exception for Defective Products

Products found to be defective or malfunctioning within the warranty period should be addressed directly to the respective brand's authorized service center. SINGH WORLD is not liable for any defects or malfunctions of products once delivered or picked up by the customer.

2.3 International Shipping Charges

·         International Shipping Charges:  International shipping is chargeable and depends on various factors, including shipment type, size, volumetric weight, destination, fuel surcharge, and custom duties. Exact charges will be calculated at the time of checkout.

3. Delivery Details and Responsibilities

3.1 Delivery Addresses

·         Restrictions:  We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses. Orders to such addresses may be canceled.

·         Verification:  The shipping address and pin code will be verified before processing payment. If the address is not serviceable, customers will be contacted for an alternate address.

·         Re-delivery Costs:  Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer will be charged to the customer.

5.2 Failure to Accept Delivery

·         Neglect or Refusal:  If a customer neglects or refuses delivery, they may be liable for any resulting fees or charges incurred by SINGH WORLD.

6. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

·         6.1 Order Cancellations by Customer:  Once an order is placed, whether via full payment or partial payment, it cannot be canceled by the customer. No refunds will be issued for orders canceled by the customer after the payment has been made.

·         6.2 Order Cancellations by SINGH WORLD:  If SINGH WORLD is unable to fulfill the order due to incorrect pricing or other reasons beyond our control, customers will be informed immediately. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.

·         6.3 Delayed Shipment or Delivery:  If SINGH WORLD is unable to provide the product to the customer within 30 days beyond the expected date of shipment or delivery, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
